Complacency is an enemy of real leaders. From another angle, Jim Collins, author of Good to Great said, “Good is the enemy of great.” I love that quote.

Either way you slice it, one of the most important things, as leaders, is that we continue to challenge the status quo. In today’s video I share with you one of the most important ways we can do that.

I’ve seen too many leaders get left behind because their organizations outgrew them. For most of them that situation could have easily been prevented by what I share with you in this video. Watch now.
