don’t like to fail. Nobody I know does. But, failure is inevitable, especially when we’re trying new things. Years ago Tom Peters said, “If you’re not falling down, you’re not learning to ski.”

I still remember learning to ski when I was about twelve years old. And I fell down a lot. But, I also ended up being able to go down a black diamond because I stuck with it. And that led to many great spring break vacations.
