Communication: Taking Extreme Ownership

We live in a culture of blame. You can’t fall into that trap. You and I need to take ownership or, dare I say, extreme ownership in regards to the teams we lead. That’s what real leaders do.

In today’s video I talk about one key aspect of extreme ownership as it relates to our communication. There are few topics that are more important when it comes to being an effective leader.
