From Finance to Leadership

Before launching my own business 18 years ago, I spent most of my career in accounting and finance. In my last corporate role, I joined a small, emerging operation as its first Controller, helping the two owners grow the company from under $1 million in revenue to over $20 million in just five years. As the company expanded, so did my responsibilities—eventually leading me to serve as CFO.

In my final five years there, I transitioned into the COO role, where my passion for leadership, management, and professional development truly took root. Leading a team of 10 middle managers, I became deeply invested in helping them grow into strong, effective leaders. This experience ignited my lifelong commitment to studying leadership and equipping others to excel.

For the past 18 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with business owners, CEOs, and senior leaders of small and mid-sized companies. As a Professional Certified Coach, I help leaders develop the skills, clarity, and confidence to guide their teams and businesses to success. I am also certified in both Myers-Briggs and Working Genius, which allows me to provide deeper insight into leadership dynamics, team effectiveness, and personal growth. Watching leaders evolve, seeing their teams develop, and helping them thrive in both business and life has been incredibly rewarding.

My Amazing Family

One of the greatest joys in my life is working alongside some of my children in the business. It’s inspiring to see their talents in action and give them opportunities to develop their own skills—and, in some cases, their own businesses.

Matt is the creative force behind this website. His dedication and talent have been invaluable, and I look forward to his continued contributions.

Gabi is my Executive Assistant, handling bookkeeping, helping me maintain a mostly paperless workflow with Evernote, and managing key tasks that allow me to stay focused on what truly matters. She’s an essential part of the team.

Cassia is my Scheduler, ensuring my calendar stays on track and making sure I’m where I need to be at the right time. Her attention to detail keeps everything running smoothly.

Jon is the man behind the camera. Many of the videos you see—especially in my products—are the result of his incredible vision, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Danielle has contributed incredible photography over the years, capturing action shots, headshots, and moments that bring our work to life.

Phil was my podcast host and editor in the past, and as an idea machine, he has kept the family moving forward with fresh, innovative ideas within our businesses with Denner Holdings.

Timothy is now inserting his incredible energy into our family business endeavors, bringing fresh enthusiasm and drive to our projects.

Stephen, yet another talented graphic designer, has contributed his skills to our family pursuits over the years, helping bring creative projects to life.

Olivia, the youngest, is always eager to help wherever she can and constantly asks how she can be of use in the business.
